Great for kids and families

My kids have trained here for over two years and I recently started joining them in one of the family classes. Very friendly students and Instructors. My kids have grown massively in confidence since they started and love going every week. I have dropped 7 pounds already so am delighted. Can't recommend them enough thanks xxxx
