The Professional Martial Arts Schools organisation runs Kickboxing classes that are suitable for most people to enjoy as all classes are non contact except for optional designated sparring classes. Instructors train regularly to maintain a high level of both martial arts ability and coaching skill whilst holding the following qualifications:-

Relevant coaching certificate

Enhanced DBS check certificate

Black Belt or above

First aid certificiate

Instructor insurance policy

Set up in 2009 the organisation has over 40 clubs spanning the Midlands, East Anglia, Suffolk, Yorkshire and Somerset.
