Tai Chi Qigong - pronounced 'chi - gong' is has its roots in ancient Chinese martial arts discipline. We are very far removed from that and are focused on health, wellbeing & stress relief. There is nothing difficult about Qigong, it's easy to learn and suitable for anyone no matter how young or old.
Even if your health and mobility is poor, we can accommodate as all our moves can - and are - done seated! There's no sweat worked up in our class (its not aerobic!), it's all very gentle and safe. In our class, we also spend a few minutes to begin our class with a guided relaxation so you get the best from the Qigong form when we do it.
