Rapid Fist is an excellent place for anyone at any level. An very friendly group with a broad range of abilities and ages. Nick, the instructor, is professional and precise in his advice. I have learnt so much - thanks!

Great club that has nice atmosphere, glad I found it as there are many poor quality clubs in Leicester.

Went for a first free lesson and I was hooked. Lessons are divided into warm up, speed/strength training and applications and forms/katas. Nicks instruction is very good and he is very patient. If you find something difficult, he can tweak the slightest thing your doing wrong so it becomes better.
