We are committed to self development through physical training. We will help you to build mountains of confidence and offer much in the way of help, advice, and teaching in the area of self defence, striking and grappling.
Classes (Self Defence) - Thursday, 1830hrs – 1930hrs.
Cost - £5 per session (Self Defence).
Membership - £20 per year this includes member to member insurance and licensing through The British Combat Association.
