We look at more than just training traditional martial arts, we focus on pre-violence techniques as well as the last resort physical attacks. We teach everything within the context of the law, physiology, and psychology of an attack, as well as looking at situational awareness and conflict resolution techniques.
All physical techniques have been cherry picked from a multitude of martial arts and self defence systems, so that only the most effective are taught. They all fit within the parameters of the body and ability of the individual, and are designed to work in a real life high stress situation.
