My son has been training under Alain Pozo and Sarah
Merriner since 2016. He really enjoys it and has made
some firm friends. Everyone is so friendly and
welcoming, a great team. He learns self discipline, respect, self control, self defense and it's great for
his physical and mental health. With the new gym
it's going to be a fantastic training place.
