Reflect is an holistic Martial Arts' School teaching Choi Kwang Do- a modern, scientific martial art. Choi Kwang-Do is a unique martial art based on modern scientific principles and has been developed to promote optimum health, fitness and self-defence. Choi Kwang Do’s system is founded on the principles that its self-defence techniques should generate maximum force, be practical, enhance the student’s health as they practice, as well as developing mental and physical conditioning.

Programs & Class Schedule
With Classes for all ages and abilities, Choi Kwang Do is meant for all, both adults and children like, who want to learn real-life, practical self-defence skills and achieve a greater level of health and well-being. Choi Kwang Do is a revolutionary martial art, applying the basic principles of science. This martial art has been proven to lower the risk of injury, generate self-awareness and promote longevity. At Reflect Martial Arts we run Kids Martial Arts Classes, Family Martial Arts Classes and Adult Martial Arts Classes at 3 locations in Wandsworth SW18.
We have classes running on Tuesday, Wednesdays, Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays.
