Welcome to Reflex Academy of Martial Arts based in Whitley Bay, Tyne and Wear.
We are an Internationally recognised school and where a Black Belt with us is an International Black Belt and cannot be obtained in only a couple of years! The Martial Art taught by us is Taekwon-Do, the Korean Martial Art of Self Defence and now an Olympic sport.
We offer a variety of classes from four years of age to adults. Adults and kids classes are separate. We have over 22 classes a week with over 300 members.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Reflex International Academy of Martial Arts & Fitness:
Minimum age 4 years. Adults classes available - beginners and advanced. Self Defence classes, Kickboxing, National & International competitions. Over 22 classes a week with over 300 students.
