Professionally run School with classes for all ages and experience

I am an adult student in my 40s with two children 10 and 12 who have attended Reflex for a few years. The classes are varied from technical to kickboxing (sparring) and Fitness. Classes are not only great for fitness and discipline buit they are also FUN !. Games are played but specifically tailored that the kids are getting some martial art benefit without realising it, like dodging and fast turning etc. With over 400 students they are so obviously doing it right. This is very much a familly run club ran by owner and his wife with the help of many students from black belt and below to give them some experience in helping out and becoming instructors themselves. Having attended numerous schools as a child I only wish this one was around back then and maybe I wouldnt have given up 20 years ago.
