Sweaty hard work sometimes but really enjoyable!!! Instructors are first class. Survive the warm up and the rest of the class is easy :-)

Renegade tae kwon do is fun and can teach anyone good values and discipline, as well as keeping fit and learning new skills. As well as this you get to meet fun and genuine people. It promotes hard work and personally I feel that the whole experience is one that can be shared with everyone be it friends or family (or both!)

Love it. Ian and Jason are brilliant instructors and the class is unlike any other tae kwon do class I have been to.
Fun place to train with great instruction, and good facilities. highly recommended for families children and adults. If you wish to study the martial arts in a safe and friendly environment the look no further.
