Very poor hygeine levels. Mats were disgusting and ringworm on coach wearing vest

I came here to take part in Taijiquan classes. I soon found myself getting involved with Martial Arts fitness specific conditioning & Mixed Martial Arts.
The classes offered here surpassed my expectations. My core strength has never been better & with the support of staff & other members I'm learning skills that used to be way out of my comfort zone. The social scene here is fantastic also, I felt very welcome from day one.

My son has special needs. And they have been excellent with him. All staff are friendly and welcoming definitely would recommend them
Very good location but unfortunately the dojo was disgusting. One of the coaches sporting a vest had what appeared to be ringworm on his shoulder. During the two classes that I participated in, I was finding multiple hairs getting stuck to my skin and I noticed several toe nails on the mat itself.
The other thing that I was very discontented with was that the instructor seemed very uninterested and board in what he was teaching.
After years of plucking up the courage to participate in martial arts and facing and being the only female in the class, I would have liked for a more enthusiastic and welcoming atmosphere.
