Our chief instructor is Sensei Antony Conroy who is an 8th dan and the class instructor is Sensei Richard Price who is a 3rd dan. Richard has over 14 years experience in karate as well as other martial arts including jujitsu, tae kwon do, judo and wing chung kung fu. He is a patient and friendly instructor who also has experience with autism and adhd. He has trained in japan and he loves to pass on his knowledge and skills of karate we are a family run club which has been established about 5 years now .

We teach from 5 years upwards including adults on a Wednesday evening from 6 pm till 7 pm. We have a facebook page as well which is rising sun Shotokan karate
