As a nervous newbie I've found these classes so friendly, welcoming and enjoyable. Richard and his team are really helping me to rebuild my confidence, and I'm already sleeping better at night knowing that I can defend myself better than I could before.
Highly recommend to people of all ages and abilities.
I thoroughly recommend this club as I have had bad experiences with other martial arts clubs in the past so was sceptical about joining a new one but Sensei Richard and the club made me feel welcome from day one. I have refound my confidence and belief and that is thanks to Richard. I highly recommend this club to anyone and everyone what ever your skill level, Richard and the club will ensure that your training needs are met.
The club is full of nice, kind and helpful people - a family friendly club!
