Since i started training with Lea and Marisa 10 years ago it has been great and now to have to opportunity to help teach is brilliant. Lessons are great fun from warming up with different game or fitness circuits. To sparing, grappling, patterns, row work and lots more. Each lesson is different and focus' on different aspects of Tae Kwon Do. I would defiantly recommend to anyone wanting to start off or continue their training in Tae Kwon Do.
