Coaches that been there and done it and know what they are talking about. No attitude people just wanting to train
Friendly & knowledgeable 'been there and done it' coaches, excellent equipment and wonderful matted flooring. Everyone says hello and team spirit extends from introductions & hand shakes, through to team pictures & group encouragement for that 'one more' rep or '10 more seconds'!
Classes consist of learning and then doing the moves repeatedly, not endless press ups and sit ups (there are classes for that too!). No Master or Sensei titles here, no traditional hangups or learning another language, just training. You do what you can and the energy of all involved pushes and motivates you to do more.
Stand up and floor work available under one roof, with super value training packages. Do as many or as few arts as you want, from children or absolute beginners to seasoned fighter and ladies classes.
