My Son Callum has grown massively since starting at Ruach Karate. He absolutely loves training at STourbridge, Hagley and Halesowen. Plus his Sunday mornings with Sensei Ronnie in Kingsheath. His school grades have improved as a result of his improved attention and dedication. I am so proud of all his achievements and thanks the Instructors for all the support, inspiration and guidance.

I have been training with ruach for a couple years now and Every time I step into a session I know I will learn something new. The club not only have the world famous sensei Ronnie Christopher but they also bring in some of the best of the best around names like Dave hazard and Lloyd Birt and many more to come run seminar/courses it really if value for money with the amount of skill that they bring to the table. That being said I would defiantly recommend this club to any begginer or seasoned pro with friendly and fair instructors with the skill to match I don't think you will find better.

Ruach karate has many friendly instructors who will support you through you're gradings to achieve the next belts. They are genuinely interested in helping the students. Sensei Gary is very supportive of all students and there are lots of opportunities including courses and competitions.

Im 33 years old now and I started training with Ronnie Christopher and Ruach at the age of 7.

It's a great family club and Sensei Gary adopts effective teaching styles to get the very best out of his students. His passion rubs off on you and brings out the very best in your karate. The club boasts many different locations and times under the Ruach umbrella so there is something available for all within the Midlands.

If competition is your thing then the club actively helps its' students to participate up and down the country. It doesn't matter who you are, male, female, old, young, maybe a bit shy; If you want to give karate a go in a safe environment I would highly recommend you give Ruach a go and become part of this club's family.

Brilliant family training from very experience friendly instructors. SENSEI Gary is a very dedicated individual with a unique style of teaching drawing the best out of the students.

Training with Sensei Ronnie Christopher 6th Dan Double World Champion is quite simply the best experience you can have in karate. An instructor who is World renowned and recognised as an exceptional competitor, Sensei Ronnie loves teaching every week at Ruach Karate training along side the students in his unique way. Apart from that he really is a gentleman and gets the best from everyone.
