Ruckus MMA & Fitness Gym, is a facility that teaches MMA!

We also hourly lease out, two fully equipped gym areas to instructors/clubs!

The top area has an 18ft MMA cage, with a fully matted floor plus 10x wall mounted Ricky Hatton hook and jap pads.

Down stairs is a large dojo, it has a 12ft boxing ring and is fully matted with 15x punch bags.

This space is ideal for teaching large classes in!

We have MMA, JKD, kalah street self defence, kickboxing, kappa street self defence, fit to fight, core training, stick fighting and karate.

We still have available slots, for fitness and martial arts clubs to make good use of our fully equipped gym areas.
