after few weeks training there, i felt the difference it made to my fitness. I improved.
The teaching is excellent, I made a lot of improvement in throws and grappling in little time. I would recommand to everyone
Never done any sort of Martial art before,Attended 1 lesson,Been going 3 times a week ever since.
