Practised as per the teachings of the old Grand Masters from the Ryukyu Islands, Japan with the main focus on Kobudo with Bo, Sai, Nunchaku, Tekko, Tunfa, Tinbe, Kama and Ekku.
Husband and wife team - Emile (Kyoshi) and Penny (Shihan) van Heerden, both long term students and dedicated practitioners.

Tuesday and Thursday evenings : 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
