The Basingstoke S.A.F.E. School is the Honbu (or headquarters) of the genuinely revolutionary S.A.F.E. Defence Modern Combat System.
S.A.F.E. is a TRIED & TESTED self-protection system. It's dynamic, modern, easy to learn & effective. It's taught in an informal, fun, engaging & highly supportive manner, in an environment where respect for self and others is GENUINELY emphasised.

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at S.A.F.E. Defence H.Q. Basingstoke:
This is a mixed martial arts system used for self protection. It is not competitive, but it has been tried and tested in the real world.
Classess are held on Wednesday evenings, 7:30pm - 9:00pm.
We accept students over the age of 16yrs and there is no upper age limit for training.
No previous experience is necessary, and you are welcome to train with us regardless of your gender, physical ability or fitness. We are a friendly inclusive school but we do expect a high standard of respectful conduct from our students.
Mat fees are £40 per month, or if you prefer to pay per session the cost is £13 a night. There is also an annual membership fee of £40 which covers your insurance and Budo pass.
There are no contracts and people are free to cancel at any time.
All equipment other than training attire is supplied.
