Training includes: stand-up and ground fighting, striking and grappling, boxing, kickboxing, using the whole body as a weapon, street defence, body manipulation and destruction concepts, takedowns, trapping, weapon handling, knife fighting, knife defence, stick fighting, weaponising everyday objects, point fighting, police and security techniques, MMA based drills, pad training, sensitivity and flow drills, sparring and pressure testing/stress training, a structured curriculum and grading system.
Like most martial arts, the training methods are conceptual. Fights are completely unpredictable and feral so what happens in training is not how it will go down in a real fight. Training conditions your mind, coordination, reflexes, strength, stamina etc. and will help you improve.
