SAMURAI HEARTS Martial Arts and Fitness Centre is a professional centre for dedicated people.
The Chief Instructor is Andy Abernethie Sensei holding Black Belts in Several Martial Arts with 37 years training and 25+ years of teaching/instructing experience.
Our Centre has classes for Adults but main emphasis is focused towards Children's classes, we teach from 3&1/2 to 14yrs. We see Children as the future of what we do in Martial Arts so getting them involved at a young age can change their life in a big way, during our classes they will learn, Focus, Discipline, Respect, Behaviour, Manners, Good Posture, Coordination, Fitness, Focus and many other things ........
The classes we teach at SAMURAI HEARTS are based on what we teach the adults (kaze Arashi Ryu) but we have made it safe to teach children.
SAMURAI HEARTS is pretty special as we have a kind of "family atmosphere" throughout the centre.
We have 20 satellite clubs in local Primary Schools teaching the Samurai Hearts Martial Arts syllabus in various sessions throughout the day.
