A beginners class in Shotokan karate.starting soon in Bognor Regis.for all age groups.it will be taught by professional black belt instructors..like me .5th Dan black belt karate.4th Dan judo. I started training in1969 judo.karate in 1986. More info will be available very soon

adults and children from 10 years to 80,years old ,in class,or PRIVATE LESSONS
can be day times.or evenings,by arrangment, if you have room at your place,u could train at home,with our instructor,of course one on one instruction,u learn faster,therefore reach black belt sooner, ,at the moment class lessons are tuesdays 7.30.till 8.30,but further venues to be announced,Shotokan Karate is taught by dave mears 5th dan karate,, 4th dan judo,started in 1968,
