An intense but very good place to learn Shukokai Karate

Highly recommend each week is different and interesting whilst learning key skills.
This is a very good place to learn Shukokai Karate, a style of karate based on the body mechanics. The teacher focuses on everyone there, not just the high grades, and is not for those who do not focus in lessons. I recommend this place very much. I have been going for 5/6 years now and i have recently just achieved black belt along with 2 people from the same dojo and 7 people from 2 other dojos in the same association.
