Women’s Self Defence Course
Our class is based around different stages of an attack. On this course you will be taught various techniques for each stage, which include hand and elbow strikes to hit your attacker, kicks, sweeps and learning how to force your attacker to loosen their grip.
The 'escape' stage of the course focuses on how to remove yourself quickly and easily from your attacker.
Techniques can include injuring your attacker or making them aware that you are not a typical victim.
Suitable for: Women of any physical fitness aged 13yrs+
Length of course: 5 Weeks
