Our "dojo" is at Unit 2, Site 4 on Cold Hesledon Industrial Estate, within the premises of Sai-Ko Apparel who are a team sponsor.

We have an open spectator area with tea/coffee facilities.

Please note that parents must stay for the first few sessions.

Black belt coach, former national level competitor with over 25 years experience.

CRB/DBS checked and insured.

Our weekday training sessions are WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY

Juniors – 8-11 years, £3.00 per session
NEW START TIME: 5:30 pm till 6:30 pm

Seniors 12 years + training sessions (Age 14+),
£3.50 per session
6:30 pm till 8:00 pm

Additional training session on SUNDAY mornings
10:00 am till 11:30 am
£3:50 per session

(No charge for training on Sunday if attending both Wednesday and Friday sessions).
