Senshin Shotokan Karate Sunderland
We teach Shotokan Karate to a high standard with a realistic martial art technique. Our main focus is on teaching respect, discipline and etiquette through learning Shotokan Karate. However we incorporate exciting drills and intelligent games into the lesson plan.
The classes are ran by two 2nd Dan black belts and the atmosphere in our Dojo is non intimidating, fun filled and positive. Programs & Class Schedule
Classes are currently running at The Dungeon BJJ & MMA Academy Sunderland on a Monday and Wednesday evening 5.30-6.30pm it is a children's class starting from the age of 5 years.
Classes at our venue in Southwick, Sunderland are running at Southwick Communty School, thses take place on a Tuesday and Thursday evening 4.30-5.30pm these are for children age 4 onwards .
