SWKA Bere Alston Spirit Combat is part of the South West Kickboxing Academy. We run 3 classes on a Thursday Night starting on January 4th 2018. The main art will be run under Shodan Steve Lilley. Spirit Combat is Aiki-jitsu, which is a mixture of Aikido and Ju-jisu.
Coaches regularly attend seminars under Grandmaster Soke Brian Dosset and other Spirit Combat Masters. Were looking forward to you coming to give our classes ago.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at SWKA Bere Alston Spirit Combat:
On Thursday 4th January 2018 we will be launching the following Pay As You Go sessions.
6-7 pm 4-13 year old sessions which are £2.50
7-8 pm 14 years plus sessions which are £3.00
8-9 pm 14 years plus Women's only Self-Defence sessions.
