Say Yes To Life is a non-profit, Family Karate club, exclusive to Honiton Leisure Centre

Our aim is:

“to provide the highest standards of martial arts, to the widest range of people, for the lowest possible price."

We welcome everyone, regardless of age, gender, physical or psychological challenges.

We will never ask you to do anything you can’t do. We will however, help you to discover and develop the things that you can.

We currently run 8 classes per week, each one tailored towards a different age group and/or ability level.

No matter your background / fitness level, there will always be a class for you.

BEGINNERS CLASS TIMES:​

KARATE MINIS 4-5 PM 4-7yr olds (and their parents)
KARATE KIDZ 5-6 PM 7-12yr olds
ADULTS CLASS 6:15-7:15 PM Teens & Adults (Honiton Community College)
FIGHT-FIT 7:30-8:30 PM 16yrs+ (Honiton Community College)

WEDNESDAYS
KARATE JUNIORS 4-5 PM 7-12yr olds (and their parents)
KARATE SENIORS 5-6 PM Teens & Adults

SATURDAYS
SENPAI CLASS 11:15 AM-12:15 PM Invite Only
FAMILY CLASS 12:15-1:15 PM ALL AGES WELCOME (FROM 4 TO 104!)
