We are a family club for Children and Adults alike. 5 years upwards beginners and experienced grades welcome. Part of the original Japan Karate Association (England). Chief Instructor Rowland Costin (3rd Dan JKAE) teaches with Instructor Ilona Costin (2nd Dan JKAE). All instructors are fully qualified with Instructors indemnity insurance and CRB to enhanced level. We teach traditional Shotokan Karate, Gradings from top instructors, national courses from Japanese Masters and national competitions.
