We have classes for every age and ability at the Academy ranging from our little lions classes for 3-5 year olds; beginners Karate for 6 years plus and our Advanced classes for our more senior students. Our little lions classes are designed to encourage younger children to be active and to introduce them to martial arts. Beginner classes are fun, action packed and use a variety of equipment to maintain interest. All our classes teach the FUNdamentals of Karate including basic techniques; punches; kicks; blocks; strikes as well as using our senior students to inspire our youngsters. We also teach our younger students about specific subjects such as stanger danger. We have students from grass roots level all the way up to current European champions and world medalists.
Little lions class - Thursday's 5:15 - 5:45 pm
Beginners class - Tuesday's, Wednesday's, Thursday's 6:00 -7:00 pm
