Trained at Sama organisation for 10 years and it has changed my life, The instructors are all so professional, friendly and helpful.
I would definately reccomnd anyone training under this excellent Organisation!

Brilliant instructors professionally run all instructors fully black belt from pedigree and dedicated to there martial art there knowledge from there senior grades is years and years of traditional martial arts that no other can compare to which for a very reasonable price they give back to there students in many classes throughout the south coast highly recommended to anybody of any level and age it's made my life completely different as a martial art should be a way of life respect to Sama organisation

my child has been with sama for 4 years now, and the changes i have seen are incredible.. at school and home.
they are very professional at what they do, and especially for the price. thank you sama brighto for all your hard work
I do karate at sama and I enjoy the lessons a lot. I have been going to the lessons for over 6 months and now am a orange belt.
