We run a traditional Jyu Jitsu (Jiu Jitsu) school.
Our art focuses on grappling, locks and chokes.
We use throws, weapons as well as grappling on the ground, much like Brazilain Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). We also use the locks and chokes and other controlling techniques in standing positions as well as on the ground.

Kids class is for any age, including the very young.
Our adults class doesn't have an age restriction and will be able to anyone.
