Whether you are considering taking up Shotokan Karate for the first time or have studied karate previously then you are most welcome to join the Sawbridgeworth School of Shotokan Karate training sessions at the Leventhorpe Academy Leisure Centre, Thursdays 7.30pm and Sundays 10.30am.

We aim to provide a high standard of instruction in Traditional Shotokan Karate based on the teachings of Kancho Hirokazu Kanazawa. Training sessions are suitable for men, women and young people alike at all levels of fitness.
