I have known Mr Singh for around 30 years. As an experienced martial art instructor, Mr Singh and his team run a professional martial arts club. Excellent instruction that is suited both to children and adults. Respectfully taught in a safe environment.

My daughter absolutely loves coming here, being taught by all the instructors and seeing her fellow students. Not only is she being taught martial arts, but also self worth and respect for others. Can't fault it all.

My daughter started training here at the age of 8. ..We had moved from outside the area not knowing anyone and wanted my very shy daughter to get to know other kids other than at school. ..This martial arts centre has done so much more. .. She is now a confident young lady who helps out with younger students which in turn has given her leadership skills. ..The instructors are excellent and they also have fun while learning many life skills

I have been studying Kenpo with Amrik for 5 years and could not recommend it enough to anyone. It has taught me many invaluable skills including, self-awareness and self-discipline which I apply to my day-to-day life. The senior teachers are friendly and diverse, always pushing you to reach your potential. The clubhouse itself is clean and tidy with new changing rooms and recently new mats to train on. If you are thinking of trying something different I would certainly give it a go!

My daughter has been going to kenpo for a couple of years now. Not only have I watched her learn a martial art, I have also watched her grow in confidence.

With her attending twice a week she learns so much more than the 'moves' she needs to know for grading. The teachers encourage the children to be strong, independent and confident in what they learn and they also help them grow as people.

It's lovely to see the teachers incorporate in to their lessons answers to everyday issues/problems the children may experience in everyday life.

I always feel super proud to watch my daughter receive her new belt, to see her face glow when she achieves her new grade is priceless.
