Seishin Ju-Jitsu

We are a Martial Arts' Club teaching Traditional Japanese Ju-Jitsu by 5th Dan Ju-Jitsu Master, Renshi John Michell, who has over 20 years experience in the art.

Ju-Jitsu is an ancient Self Defence System used by the Samurais of Feudal Japan, using tried and tested techniques which were just as effective then as they are in the dangerous world of today.

Because Ju-Jitsu relies on technique rather than strength or speed, it is the ideal Self Defence System for anyone of any age, size, gender or fitness level. All it takes is a willingness to learn, and that all important first step!
