My 2 boys have been training with Ty for about a year now. They have just got their yellow belt and I can see the improvement in them. They have entered a couple of competitions and they have won a few medals. They absolutley love it. I would certainly recommend this club

New lease of life

I never believed as a 40 year old woman I would take up karate. I originally took my son to the club and instead of hanging around waiting I was encouraged to join in. The first step was the worse but when I realised no one was laughing at me I really enjoyed it. I am still all fingers and thumbs at the moment but it's making me think and my coordination is definitely getting better. I feel fitter and healthier although occasionally ache more due to the exercise but I love it.
Brilliant team of people that are all easy to talk to and train with! Highly recommend to anyone thinking of trying out karate, kickboxing, mma or to those who just want to improve their fitness. .
You will not regret it.
