If you are looking for a sparring class or to better your competition sparring game, at ITF or Pro Kickboxing level this is the place!

The instuctor Mr Jennings is very frendly and excelent intructor. I'am glad to train with mr Arron John Jennings. Thank you Sir.

If you are looking for a fun and functional way to get fit I highly recommend the kick boxing class (7:30-8:30).
I've been doing it for nearly 9 months and have found it a great way to lose weight and meet new friends, also because it's later than most martial arts classes I'm not missing out on seeing my daughter often after a long day at work. Furthermore, you'll find it hard to find a more experienced instuctor in the area than Arron, his cv speaks for itself and the fact that he is still competing means that you get to spar and train with the best, and not just have some has been, watching and telling you, where you're going wrong.

This school is really good in my opinion. I've been training there for a while and the quality in teaching standards are great. The coach and the team are friendly and supportive. Overall this is good club :)

Absolutely fantastic bunch of guys to train with, very well taught and very well controled. ... RECOMMENDED!!!
Well run and friendly, I highly recommend Senshi Martial Arts. My son is not particularly sporty, but he loves going to TKD every week. Whether it's for fitness, self-defence or just to boost your confidence this is the place to go!
