Senshin Shotokan Karate Southwick
We teach Shotokan Karate to a high standard with a realistic martial art technique. Our main focus is on teaching respect, discipline and etiquette through learning Shotokan Karate. However we incorporate exciting drills and intelligent games into the lesson plan.
The classes are ran by two 2nd Dan black belts and the atmosphere in our Dojo is non intimidating, fun filled and positive. Programs & Class Schedule
Classes are on at Southwick Community Primary school on a Tuesday and Thursday evening at 4.30-5.30pm children can start from the age of 4 years
We also have classes at The Dungeon Brazillian Jiu Jitsu & Mixed Martial Arts Academy, Castletown Sunderland on Monday and Wednesday 5.30-6.30pm children can start form the age of 5 years.
