We are a martial arts school specialising in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and submission grappling, these are the building blocks of mixed martial arts (mma) and self defence. Our head instructor Jonathan Poulter has over a decade of experience in martial arts having lived and trained in Thailand, Brazil and the USA. We have a range of classes catering for adults and children of all abilities and we look forward to seeing you on the mats
