I've been interested in martial arts for a while and finally made the plunge and attended a lesson here and straight away I was made to feel part of the family. I bring my 5 year old son with me and in a short time, his confidence and coordination has improved so much. i'd definitely recommend Shaolin Qi Shi Kung Fu Hereford!
