Shaolin Kung Fu Nam Pai Chuan
Shaolin Kung Fu Nam Pai Chuan (South- North Fist) has been taught at the University of Sussex for over 25 years and has its roots in the traditional martial arts practised in China over 2000 years ago. Students of the club study under the guidance of Sifu Matthew Gross - a 4th degree Blackbelt who has been training in the style for nearly 30 years.
Training with the club will improve your fitness, flexibility and core strength while at the same providing you with the opportunity to develop valuable self-defence skills. You will also learn breathing exercises (chi gung) which promote relaxation and are beneficial for health.
