Excellent training of shotokan karate

I have been at this karate school for 4 years and have learned a lot from sensei Sid Fletcher. I am also an instructor at this school. I go to another karate club in Todmorden and gain knowledge from sensei Bob Smith 7 th Dan and teach what I have learned back at our club in Shelf.
