Our academy teaches both Yang and Chen Style Taijiquan as well as various Qigong exercises. Our Thursday classis ran by Steven Brown who specialises in teaching Chen Style Lao Jia Yi Lou, Fan Form, Sword Form, Broadsword Form and Spear as well as Eight Pieces Of Brocade and Five Animals but has many years of experience teaching Yang Style and other Qigongs such as Five Elements.
Beginners are always welcome.
