A great school to learn karate

The children's classes are well organised and children learn discipline, develop confidence and how to stand up for themselves.The adults classes are mixed male and female, there is a good sense of learning together. It's a friendly dojo, the teaching is excellent. A good place to come if you want to meet new people, take up a new challenge and have the opportunity to develop your fitness which also has a sense of purpose to it.
