Shoto Jissen Karate
Shoto Jissen Karate (SJK) we teach:
1) Realistic Self Defence(Protection) techniques and strategies. This everything from avoidance, awareness, escaping and pre-emption upto increasing self confidence, diet and living a healthy lifestyle.
2)Combative techniques that work if a fight should occur.
3)and finally we teach a "Martial Art". What this means is that we also look at the philosophy behind the art. This includes being respectful, showing courtesy etc... This create a friendly and fun atmosphere for all our classes.

Current Classes begin October 3rd 2011 - Woodview Community Centre, B15 2HU. 6.30 - 7.30
Weekly classes are run seperately for:
Children (5 - 14)
Adults (15 +)

The Law relating to Self-Defence
