Karate is an all round discipline which improves fitness, develops the mind and teaches self-defence. We find that children 7 to 16 years gain confidence and Karate helps their concentration and focus. Discipline is also an important part of Karate. Families and adults are most welcome. You will make new friends, some of whom may become friends for life.
