One of the best clubs in the Hamilton Area, teaching traditional Shotokan Karate.
Just joined this club from another club, the difference is like night and day. excellent hands on instruction from Sensei Jim Kirkwood 6th dan and the other instructors, many other black belts with many years of experience who take time to coach new students to which I am one. I now actually look forward to go training 3 times a week and hope to advance with the excellent coaching given at this club.
