We are a friendly, highly experienced self defence club established in 1979, based within local communities in South London and Kent.
We teach Jujitsu and Iaido in separate classes.
For Jujitsu the 1st Month is Free.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Shuho Jujitsu and Iaido:
Jujitsu (also known as 'Jiu Jitsu' and 'Ju Jitsu')
Jujitsu is an excellent all-round form of self defence. Anyone can practice it, regardless of their age or physical abilities.
It is the grandfather of Japanese martial arts and is a key component in MMA and UFC. It is clearly visable in other arts such as Judo and Aikido.
Iaido
Iaido is the traditional art of Japanese swordsmanship practised by Samurai centuries ago. The Iaido classes are suitable for anyone aged 16 years and over, and the first lesson is free.
